1. STARTED FROM THE BOTTOM, NOW WE'RE HERE
Establishing a student ministry from the ground up is pain-staking work. Unfortunately, youth ministry leaders often feel as if their efforts are adrift in ministry. They work hard, but they don’t seem to get anywhere. This 90-120 minute workshop will provide leaders with a new methodology for structure, growth and student empowerment.

1. HOW TO WALK AWAY
This 90 minute workshop will help singles identify toxic factors in relationships and create a healthy road map to get out. This is a 21st century biblical model for “breaking-up” and dealing with conflict.
2.BLENDED
This 6-week course explores practical strategies to assist families in developing healthy practices that lead to healing and wholeness. Accompanied with optional one on one Pastoral Counseling sessions (additional cost).

CHRUCH LEADERSHIP
1. HEALTHY CHRUCH SYSTEMS
Within any organization, systems are the structures, patterns, and networks that enable the organization to accomplish its goals. Systems help organize resources, focus leadership, and produce results through a repeatable and improvable process. This 120 minute workshop will help leaders identify and align systems that last with vision that impacts multiple generations.
2.MINISTRY IN A TECHNOLOGICAL AGE
This 60 minute workshop will explore new developments in Social Media, and how with just one “tweet”, leaders can bring creativity back in the ministry. Leaders will engage in a hands-on, interactive approach to learning of how a ministry centered in creativity can arouse new and exciting ideas!

MENTORING/COACHING
Engage in 16 weeks of direct mentoring and coaching through monthly conference calls, reading lists and one on one interaction with Pastor Korey Grice. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in non-profit management, pastoral ministry and education administration.
